“What happened to eve-druid.com, where is The Wandering Druid of Tranquility and why are all the posts gone?”
I have been getting these questions a lot, allow me to explain. I am no longer playing and blogging about EVE Online. As I have retired from the game, I really wanted to move on to other projects that I have been working on for some time. I also, in a little piece of “bitter vet syndrome”, didn’t want to continue to provide all that free marketing for EVE Online, so the old blog has been retired.
“But what about all those great posts, five years of writing is just…gone?”
I had to think about this long and hard and honestly, I feel this is for the best. As I said, I no longer play and blog about the EVE Online. Sure, having a historical archive would be cool, but EVE Online is no longer my focus and as such, I just don’t want it out there anymore. Yes, I did move the EVE Online fan fiction that I had written over the years over here to the new blog. The Bleeding Rose was one of my favorite parts of my old blog, so at least, that will still be around.
“Will you finish The Bleeding Rose stories? Now that you are not playing EVE Online, what happens to all the characters?”
I had a few story lines that I was working on, including one that I think will work out well, so yes, I will finish the story. You can find the last episode “Fin” on The Bleeding Rose Archive page.
I am sorry for the confusion and I know that some of these decisions are not what people wanted, but this is what I have decided to do with the old blog. It’s time for me to move onto other projects. That being said, welcome to my new blogging home, I do hope you enjoy your visit!

Argh, that is sad news.. but I totally understand ya.
I could not remove old posts myself, as sometimes ye get sentimental and want to read some old silly ramblings.
